Service Transactions


PLEASE NOTE: The process has changed for this a bit.  We hope to post a new video soon, but keep in mind that the requeue button now works in this manner: How to enter a queue after ending a customer's session

If service transactions are enabled on your account, this will allow you to monitor the service duration for each of your customers.  After a staff member marks a customer as arrived, the customer's information will appear at the top of the screen.  

When the staff member is finished serving the customer, they should click on the end service button.  

If the customer needs to be re-entered into the expired list or the queue, the staff member can select the recycle or requeue button, whichever has been configured for your account.  To learn more about these options, visit the QLess Knowledge Base!
