How do customers request more time?

While the customer is in the queue, they will receive status updates throughout their time in the line.  These messages can include a message that lets them know they are near the front, as well as a message to let them know when it is their turn. If at any time, the customer wishes to have more time, they have the ability to move themselves back in line by replying with the letter M to the message they received when joining the queue. They can do this as often as needed, but do not have the ability to move themselves further back than the end of the line.


If they do move to the back, they will get a message indicating that they have been moved as far back as we are able to move them at that time.
