How Do Customers Leave the Line?

While the customer is in the queue, they will receive status updates throughout their time in the line. These messages can include a message that lets them know they are near the front, as well as a message to let them know when it is their turn.

If at any time the customer wishes to leave the line, they have the ability to do so by replying with the letter L to the message they received when joining the queue. They will receive a text message confirming that they have left the line.
