How Do Customers Rejoin the Line?

If a customer was accidentally removed from the line, or they miss their turn, they have the ability to rejoin the line, as long as they do so within the time allowed by your configuration.

To rejoin the line, a customer should reply with the letter J to the message they received when they were notified that they had been removed, or the message that told them they had missed their turn.

If the customer does this within the configured amount of time, they will be put back into their previous spot in the queue. If the configured amount of time has passed, they will not be able to rejoin, and will need to start over with the process of joining the queue.
