How Customers Request Status Updates

While the customer is in the queue, they will receive status updates via text message at the interval that you requested when your account was configured. Customers have the ability to request a status update at any time. To do this, customers can reply with the letter S to the message they received  when joining the queue.  The update that the customer receives can share the estimated wait, the number of people in front of them in the queue, or both, depending on your preference.
