How to Rejoin a Customer from the Expired List

There are two ways that a customer might end up in the expired list.

  1. They did not show up within the configured amount of time after being summoned or

  2. If you are set up to use Service Transactions, you can use the expired list to hold a customer that is planning to return.  

To rejoin a customer to the queue, click the “rejoin” button.  This will place them back at the front of the queue.  If you are using Service Transactions, you will also see an arrived button.  You may use this button if you are ready to start serving the customer.
