How to Edit and Read Customer Information

To view a customer’s information, click on the avatar that represents the customer.  A box will pop up that represents the information that was provided.  Please note that anything that is listed in blue can be edited.  Also note that editing the information will save this to the customer’s phone number, so make sure it is accurate.   The information included in the customer information includes:

  • The phone number.  This can be edited if it was provided.

  • The amount of time the customer has been in line

  • The original forecast - This is how long the customer was told they would likely wait when they joined the line.

  • Forecast wait - this is how much longer it is expected to take until the customer reaches the front of the line.  This can be edited but this is not recommended without good reason, as it makes the algorithm that QLess uses to predict wait times less accurate

  • Last visit: This is  when the customer last visited the location

  • Notes: This field includes the last notes entered for the customer

  • Name - this can be edited if it was provided in addition to the phone number

  • Other custom fields may also appear in this area when configured
