How to Search for a Customer in Queue Manager

To search for a customer, click on the “Find customer” button, that resembles a magnifying glass, hear the top of the screen.  A box will appear near the top of the screen.  Typing the name or the last 4 digits of the phone number of the customer you are searching for.  A list will appear of any customers that are currently in your queues, that match the information provided.  Once you find the customer you were searching for in your list, click on their information.  The search feature can be used in avatar view, list view, and the appointments view.  If you are searching in avatar view, the customer information box will appear to show the placement of the customer you’re searching for.  

If you are in list or appointments view, the customers information will be highlighted.
