How do I change my Qsticks Audio Output?

Lets setup Audio on the Qstick.

Requirements:

  • A keyboard and Mouse connected to the Qstick

Instructions:

  1. First we need to exit the QLess application

    1. To do this, using your keyboard hit Windows key + D

  2. This should bring you to the Desktop which will look like this

  3. Double Click the “Start Here” application located on the Desktop.

  4. You should now see the Qstick configuration menu, go ahead and click on option 5 “Audio output settings”

  5. You should now see the following menu, you can select to either have the audio output via HDMI or the AUX connection, you also have the option of adjusting the Volume and testing the audio

  6. Once you have the audio at the level you desire and outputting from the output you need, you can simply reboot the qstick to save changes, to do this, go back to the desktop, and hit the start menu, then hit the power button icon (Red bottom left corner)

  7. and go ahead and choose to restart the machine

8. Your Qstick should reboot, and after 60 seconds launch into the QLess application! If for some reason your Qsticks Audio still isnt working, please submit at support ticket at support@qless.com
