QLess Reports Overview

QLess Reports provides a variety of powerful analytics on customer wait traffic and patterns.  It gives you  access to vital metrics, with the ability to aggregate and compare data from multiple offices in a single view.  Reports are available in both graphical and tabular formats, and may be exported to CSV files to be opened in spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.

Unlike other products that may only archive your data for a limited amount of time, your historical data will be available to access in QLess from the day you start using it, for as long as you remain a QLess customer.

Provided reports include:

Customer wait times

Total number of customers served, both by queue and by employee

Average duration of service transaction, both by queue and by employee

Ratio of customers served, versus no-show, versus those that left the queue, as functions of both date and length of wait for service

Virtual queue length

Customer return rate

Customer cities and

Time for customers to arrive for service, once summoned

All of these reports allow you to adjust start and end dates, and to adjust date granularity to either hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.  You may also filter on various customer attributes such as queue entry method, transaction type, and more.

QLess Reports also makes your entire Data Warehouse, the database from which all the reports are generated, available for on-demand download in Microsoft Access format.  This allows you to build and run ad hoc queries, to easily integrate the data with other reporting sources, and to drill all the way down into details about each individual customer, their wait, and their service transaction.  Data never expires from this Data Warehouse.
