How to Navigate List View

For the most part, the information provided in list view is the same as the information provided in the avatar view.  I will cover the differences here, so please check out the “Editing and Reading Customer Information” Queue Tip for more information.


To open list view, click on the list view tab.  In this view, you have the ability to sort customer information by clicking the heading for the column. This will sort the information in ascending or descending order, alphabetically or numerically, depending on the column.


An additional feature available in list view is the ability to summon anyone, not just the first person in line.  While this might be useful at times, it is not how a customer should be summoned on a regular basis.  For the most part, you should summon in first come, first serve order for each queue.  This will help keep your wait times as accurate as possible, as well as keeping your customers happy by calling the first person in each queue.
