How do I port an SMS number to QLess?

If you have an SMS number that you would like to use with your QLess service, we can port that number into your QLess account.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Complete the attached Letter of Authorization.
  2. Please send us your latest monthly bill which includes the phone number(s). If your provider does not provide you with a bill, please provide a receipt of phone number purchase and/or a screenshot of your account portal with the phone numbers included.
  3. Be aware of the following important points:
    1. You must keep all numbers in service with your current carrier until the port completes to avoid delays or rejections.
    2. You are responsible for any termination charges imposed by your current carrier for porting your number
    3. You may be unable to receive messages on that number for up to 6 business days after the port completes.
