Custom Kiosk Fields

Are you interested in gathering information from your customers beyond their phone number, name, and service?  We can do that! Custom kiosk fields are often used to gather extra information.These work in both the On-Site and Home Kiosk.

Examples include:

  • Student ID numbers
  • Reason for visit/symptoms in healthcare offices
  • Permit numbers
  • Date of birth
  • Much more - anything you'd like to know about the customer before you serve them!

Custom fields are typically formatted as drop down lists and/or open text fields:

Fields can be set to be optional or required, as well as to expect a certain number of characters or numbers before allowing the customer to move to the next screen.

Notes to consider:

  • The more information you request in the kiosk, the longer it will take your customers to join your line, so be sure to stick with gathering the most important information!
  • What you enter or the choices you make, will not link you to different pages.  These fields are strictly to gather information, not to guide the kiosk flow.
