Problem
After logging into Queue Manager, the "Now loading, please wait" page will get stuck and never load into Queue Manager.
Solution
You must enable Flash for the page. Please follow the steps below depending on the browser you are using. Qless suggests Firefox or Google Chrome.
For Firefox, please click the plugin icon to the left of the URL. It looks like a lego block, click "remember selection" box then choose allow.
For Google Chrome you will need to click "secure" that is highlighted in green. This will cause a drop down box and you will see Flash. To the right is a drop down, please select "Allow" and then refresh the page.
You will need to do this per login for the browser or user of the operating system.
