QLess Network Requirements:

  • Minimum Network Requirements
    • 1Mbps Broadband or DSL connection, Over Ethernet.
  • Recommended Network Requirements
    • 5Mbps Broadband Connection, Over Ethernet or WiFi.
      • We Recommend Ethernet Hardwired connections for best performance

QLess Kiosk System Requirements:

  • Dedicated PC
  • Intel Core i3 or equivalent dual core processor
  • 4gb of ram
  • 32gb of storage
  • Intel HD graphics or equivalent
  • We highly recommend our own kiosks for guaranteed compatibility and support.  Contact your account manager for more information.

Ticket Printing Requirements:

  • Latest version of Java plugin Or for Java free see here
  • Printer must be made the default printer on host OS
  • Printing is currently not available for iPad

Tablet requirements:

iOS:

  • iPad Air or higher
  • Latest and previous 2 versions of iOS
  • Printed tickets are currently not supported on iPad
Windows:
  • Ticket printing is supported
  • Microsoft Surface Pro 2 or newer is recommended

Kiosk Software Requirements:

  • QLess Kiosk is web-based and works on several different operating systems, including Windows 7 or higher, OSX Yosemite or higher, Ubuntu Linux, and the current and previous versions of iOS.

  • We support Microsoft Edge, Safari, and most recent versions of Firefox and Chrome. We recommend Firefox latest

    • Other browsers such as Opera are not fully supported nor recommended at this time

  • Printed tickets in QLess Kiosk require additional configuration in Firefox or chrome, See here
  • Printed tickets refer to general receipt printers 80mm
  • Port 443 is required

Unsupported Kiosk Hardware:
