I cant get an internet connection

If you are unable to get an internet connection to the qstick, please try the following

I'm not getting any sound!

  • Please check that your Aux cable and HDMI connection are solid and not loose.

  • Check that the audio output settings are correct on the Qstick and volume levels are good How do I change my Qsticks Audio Output?

  • Ensure that your speaker system or television are not muted or set at too low a volume.

My Qstick wont boot, im getting a Busybox or Initramfs error on screen

Please try the following, if this doesnt fix the issue please contact support@qless.com
