Why does my location show in the customer-facing Android app but not the iOS app?

The Android and iOS customer-facing apps follow independent development schedules, so they don't always have the same feature set available.  Your location will not appear in the app if it is configured to use features that are not yet supported by the app on the operating system you are using.  Some example features that you may be using that prevent your location from being displayed include:

  • Custom Kiosk screens
  • Displaying transaction types before queues
  • Non-English default locale
