What does the color next to the queued customers mean?

  • Green
    • The total forecast wait is less than or equal to original quoted wait.
    • The customer is expected to reach the front of the line within the original time given to them.
  • Yellow 
    • The total forecast wait is 25% longer than original quoted wait
  • Red 
    • The total forecast wait is 50% longer than original quoted wait
  • Grey 
    • The "Call ahead" feature is enabled and this customer has not checked in. They continue to move forward in the queue but are not summoned once they reach the front until they have been checked in by staff. 
    • Note, "Call ahead" customers can be configured to receive or not receive text message status updates.
  • Purple 
    • This customer has a reserved FlexAppointment time. As the time of the customer's FlexAppointment approaches, QLess automatically places the customer into your virtual queue. QLess will automatically rearrange the ordering of customers within the queue if necessary, to ensure that customers with FlexAppointments reach the front of the queue as close to the time of their scheduled appointment as possible.
