How can I help make sure my customers are at the location when I summon them?

  1. We can set or adjust your "Please Return" text message.  We can configure this to be sent within a configurable amount of time before the customer is expected to reach the front.
  2. If you want to make it so that it isn't possible for a customer to be summoned until they've check in at the location, we can enable a feature called "Call Ahead".  When this feature is enabled, customers have to be marked as "Checked in", "Paperwork complete", etc. (this wording is configurable) before they are able to be summoned.  Customers who have not checked in appear as gray.
