How to Add Customers to a Queue in Queue Manager

To add a customer to the queue, click the add customer button.

A box will appear near the top of the screen.  Within this box, you need enter the customer’s cell phone number, their name or both. If you enter a cell phone number, the customer will receive text message updates.

You may also enter notes in the notes field if you wish.  Please note that the information you enter will be saved for the next time the customer visits.

For most customers, this is all the information that you will need.  When applicable, you may also need to indicate if the customer prefers voice calls rather than text messages; if they need wheelchair access, or their primary language.

Once you have completed the relevant information, click add.
