I can't get an Internet connection

If you are unable to get an internet connection to the Qstick, please try the following:

• Did you connect to WiFi? If not, please follow this guide to do so. https://qless-kb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/QKB/pages/391315457/How+do+I+connect+my+Qstick+to+WiFi?src=search

• Connected via Ethernet but no connection?

  • Check that the port you are connected to is live, and try another device and see if it connects.

  • Ensure the network is set up to allow the Qstick to connect. (MAC address filtering etc.)

  • Make sure there are no proxies that need to be set up to access the Internet.

I'm not getting any sound!

• Please check that your AUX and HDMI connections are solid and not loose.

• Check that the audio output settings are correct on the Qstick and that volume levels are good How do I change my Qsticks Audio Output?

• Ensure that your speaker system or television are not muted or set at too low a volume.

My Qstick won't boot, I’m getting a Busybox or Initramfs error on screen
