Reasons to Create a Location, rather than copying

  • The new location is not similar to current locations.
  • The new location includes appointments.

  • Enables/disable service transactions
  • Determine the maximum number of queues that can be joined
  • Add monitor and kiosk header images
  • New languages may be added but please note that the setup of new languages may incur an additional fee.

Reasons to Copy a Location, rather than creating

  • The new location is very similar to a current one

Settings for new locations that go to QLess Supportshould include:

  • Ticket Classifiers (windows, stations, etc.)
  • Transaction Types (services)
  • Service Results (outcomes selected by staff after the service)
  • Appointments
  • Kiosk Accounts
  • Monitor Accounts
  • Text keywords
  • QLess Voice prompts
