Downloadable from the Google Play store or iTunes; the QLess App allows you to contact various businesses that are already equipped with QLess Queue Management Systems. From there, like the kiosks, you can answer a few questions and get your place in line.

Voice AnchorVoiceVoiceQLess gives you the option of calling a specific phone number, and interacting with a voice menu to establish, change, or remove a place in the line. Both voice calls and texts can keep the consumer updated. It can be especially convenient for customers who are aren't comfortable with or unable to send or receive text messages.

Looming just above eye-level in many lobbies and waiting rooms are QLess Monitors. Like this one, they may display the people in various queues (lines), in sequence, with some identifier (last four digits of phone, first name and last initial, or both, and the estimated duration of the wait until each will be served (if you wish to display that information).
