QLess Voice is a service that allows your customers to use voice calls rather that text messages to interact with Qless. If QLess Voice is enabled on your account, it is possible for staff members to select “voice calls only” by checking this box in Queue Manager. Customers who join remotely or via the kiosk can switch to voice calls by replying with W to the text they received when joining the line. Customers can switch back to texts by replying with W again or responding to the voice prompt with this option.
