To summon a customer, click the summon customer button. The customer’s information will appear in the summoned customers box.

Do not summon another customer unless this customer has arrived.

If this customer does not arrive, they will automatically be moved to the expired list after the predetermined amount of time, based on your configuration.

To mark a customer as arrived, click on their information, and click arrived.
