User Acceptance Testing

After training, but prior to launch, we recommend you perform user acceptance testing to verify the system works the way that you expected it to. The best way to do this is to run through the scenarios as both your customers and the staff that will be serving those customers. 

  1. Join the line in one of the many ways (see your welcome letter for the correct URL's for each part) **Please note that you may not have all of these options enabled for your account, always reference your service order**: 
    1. Location Kiosk
    2. Home/Web Kiosk
    3. Texting in 
    4. Directly in the Customer Engagement Center (CEC)
  2. Verify joining the line added you to monitor 
  3. Verify joining the line added you to the Customer Engagement Center (CEC)
  4. Go to Customer Engagement Center (CEC) and summon yourself 
  5. Verify that you show in the summoned box 
  6. Click on your name and then click the "Arrived" button
  7. Notice at the top of Customer Engagement Center (CEC) it will say "Now Serving {phone number and/or name}"
  8. After you have clicked "End Service", you may have service results screen show if you have chosen for us to enable that feature. You must enter or select a service result and click "Ok" to exit that screen.
  9. There will also be a Re-enter button at the top of the screen that allows you to go to the expired list or be placed at the end of another line – this is used in cases where maybe the customer forgot their paperwork, or has to come back from some reason. 
    1. You can go to the expired list and either rejoin the person to the line or mark as "Arrived" from there.
  10. Follow the same steps joining the line a different way. (if you started with 1a, go through the list with 1b., etc. etc)
