QLess Deployment at Your Location

Have you thought about how you are going to give your staff access to the Customer Engagement Center on their computer?  Please consider that early in the process so that you are ready when it is time for your launch.  Here are some ideas for you to consider:

  1. Create a desktop shortcut
  2. Create a favorite in your web browser of choice

These options will either need to be done on each individual computer, or if you have the ability, these can be pushed remotely by your support team.

Also be sure to test your kiosk and monitor account information on the devices you plan to use.  For more information on accessing the various parts of the QLess system, visit the Accessing Various Parts of the QLess System page.  Please note that depending on which server your account uses, you may have a .us1, .us2, etc. as a part of your various URLs.

Also remember to test QLess on all devices that you will be using PRIOR to your launch day.  You will want to make sure that your devices meet our browser requirements.
