Important Reminders

  • Do not leave patients in the queue overnight.

  • It is possible to adjust the wait time for patients in the queue and/or those that have yet to join.  Please use these sparingly as they do impact your forecast accuracy.

  • Do your patients understand that the forecasted wait times are estimates?

    • We can update your text message wording to help emphasize the wait times are estimates and that they can vary based on patient needs.
       

  • Do you want patients to complete paperwork prior to being summoned?

  • Does the number of providers vary at your location?

  • Do you frequently summon patients back-to-back due to room availability, and find that your wait times are too short?

    • We can set an interval that ignores rapid summoning based on a configured amount of time between each patient.
       

  • Is there information beyond the patient name and phone number that you’d like to gather?

    • We can help you gather this via Kiosk and Home Kiosk.
       

  • Do you often have patients that come in as families or groups where multiple patients need to be seen?

    • Ask us about party size. We can gather data about multiple patients under one phone number.
