Ability to set a date range in the QLess Reports export

As of May 4, 2016, the "Export all data" link at the top right of the main reports page will give the ability for a user to input the start and end date range for which they want the export to be filtered by.  This feature will also be available for merchants who have the "Export Excel report" link configured.
