Announcing QLess Calendar

Last week, we announced the arrival of QLess Calendar!

With the new Calendar user interface, QLess FlexAppointments now offers:

  • Enhanced views of existing appointments — Currently, a day-at-a-time list view exists in Queue Manager; Calendar expands this to day, week, and month calendar-based views.
  • Ability to schedule  appointments on behalf of customers
  • View appointments for multiple locations at once
  • Filter appointments by location, queue, and/or scheduled resource — Obtain a more fine-grained view of appointments at each location
  • Search for scheduled appointments
  • Manage Resource Availability (see below)

If you already subscribe to QLess FlexAppointments, QLess Calendar is included in your subscription at no additional charge.

By clicking on an appointment block in day, week, or month view, an appointment detail will be presented, including customer information and any information entered from custom screens.

Adding an appointment presents basic customer information entry, along with any custom fields configured for the location.

Resource Availability Management 

 

QLess Calendar also gives you the ability to manage your resource availability directly, instead of having to coordinate with QLess Support.

 

 

 

The Resource Availability Management interface can be accessed by clicking on the gear icon next to the Resources label in the left-hand sidebar. In this view, you can:

 

  • Alter the time, duration, and recurrence of a resource's availability
  • Remove or add resource availability
