Image RemovedFirst, you will typically connect with Angie (our trainer and workflow analyst). This is where she will get an understanding of your business process and suggest options for your workflow. She will help you determine what QLess features will best meet your needs.

Kira is the project manager for new launches.  She will monitor your account throughout the launch process.

Once Angie has gathered all of the necessary information, we will begin to schedule the build out of your account. We will send you several emails along the way to keep you updated of your progress, such as when the account set up has been scheduled and when the access information will be made available to you. Typically, the entire process (set up, QA, etc) takes about 4 weeks AFTER the you have filled in the necessary information in command center.

Image RemovedIf you have purchased any hardware from QLess, you will be working with Reggie (reggie@qless.com) on dates for delivery and hardware set up.
 Sean will complete the final set up for your account, complete any additional account configuration changes needed after training, and support you for 30 days after go-live.
Image RemovedSometime between the account being scheduled for build out and the welcome email going out, Angie (angie@qless) will reach out again to schedule your training. Once you are trained, you are ready to go live and are considered launched! You may still contact the implementation team, if needed, but we do encourage you to engage with the QLess Support Team (support@QLess.com) directly for any requests or changes you may have.
Image RemovedOnce you are launched for 30 days, you will be in the hands of Kristen (kristen.becker@qless.com) who will be your account manager for the life of your account. She will be the person you work with to request new locations, send feature requests to, and she can answer any questions you may have.
